STAS is developing some new technologies related to the potrooms as well as the rodding shop. The Automatic Anode Positioning System and the Covered Anode Tray are used in the potroom  to improve the operation and the safety aspect of the anode changing process, with our Electrically Isolated Platform that provides a fully safe environment for the operators working in the heights in the potroom.

The Anode Butt and Stub Inspection Systems are installed on the existing conveyor system of the rod plant and are used to perform automatic inspection tasks to ensure optimal pot operation.
