Alexandre has held the position of Director of Production at STAS since 2021. He has completed a bachelor’s degree in automated production engineering from the École des technologie supérieure as well as a DEC in management information technology. Alexandre has more than 12 years of experience in an industrial environment. He previously worked at Cascades for six years, where he held the positions of project manager, production supervisor, and energy coordinator at various sites across North America. For the past six years, he has been a senior supervisor at Kitimat and a black belt at Rio Tinto’s Alma plant. Over the years, Alexandre has developed considerable skills in continuous improvement, team management, and project management.
